Marriage Proposal / Engagement
I struggled for some time trying to come up with the perfect proposal. One afternoon while wrapping Christmas Presents the idea finally hit me . . .
It is a lifelong tradition to spend Christmas Eve with my entire family. With my Uncles help I got the family together to sing the “12 days of Christmas” with everyone being assigned a different day. Naturally I was assigned “5 golden rings”.
At the end of the song, while counting down from the 12 I got down on one knee and proposed on my cue of 5 golden rings – (although my line this time was ONE golden ring).
Magical and memorable. Amazing moment to have all of my family so close and actually involved in our special moment. It would have not been the same without them there and being a part of this experience.
